Your trip to Kauai is coming up!  When you arrive at our condo, you will see an electronic lock on the door. NOTE: This is a keyless lock. To unlock, enter your code (the last 4 digits of your phone number). To lock when you leave, press the lock button on the lower right.

You have access to all of the resort amenities and we’ve provided lots of ‘extras’ including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and sand toys for the little ones! Please make sure to return any items to the condo before checking out so the next guests will be able to enjoy them too. Parking and WIFI are free here and there are no additional resort fees. We have a Welcome Book on the counter (and I’ve e-mailed a copy with this) that contains lots of important information including emergency contacts and WIFI password.

 

Feel free to text me if you are missing or need any extra items - our guests sometimes need extra dish towels/cloths. There should be plenty of paper products, but if the condo is not stocked sufficiently, please text me - I will charge for additional supplies, so let them me if it is not stocked properly at check-in. There will be a starter supply of soaps, shampoos, dish soaps, etc.  

 

If anything breaks during your stay, please text me and I’ll make sure to fix it asap.  Please text me if there are any other issues or concerns while you are at our condo.

 

Please remember Kauai is a tropical location and if you leave wet swimsuits or towels bunched up, they will start to smell within a day or two. Please hang things up to dry or use the washer and dryer as needed. The smell caused can linger and be unpleasant for future guests.

 

ISSUES WITH NEIGHBORING UNITS:  If you have any issues with a neighboring unit, please contact Patrol Services at (808) 645-1700 immediately. They are available 24 hours a day. Issues can include water leaks, noise complaints, parties in other units, marijuana or cigarette smoke, issues with the door lock or anything else that requires urgent attention. They can only help if you contact them as the disturbance is occurring so please do not hesitate to call.
