DEPARTURE CHECKLIST

• CHECK OUT

Checkout time is 10am. Please leave the pool keys in the dish or hanging on the hooks. There is a $85 charge assessed for each missing key and $200 charge for each missing key fob. 

• TURN OFF

Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, AC, appliances and fans when leaving the unit. Lock doors and close windows and drapes.

• TRASH & RECYCLING

Please be sure the trash and garbage is disposed of. The trash bins are located in the parking lot. Help keep Kauai green and recycle. Recycling receptacles are located by trash bins.

• DISHES

Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on. Please don’t forget to pre-rinse dishes before placing in dishwasher.

• POOL/BEACH TOWELS

Towels should be available by the washer and dryer. Please be sure to leave them in the unit upon departure to avoid additional charges. There is a $35 restocking fee for each missing towel.

• BEACH ITEMS

 Please return all items there when not in use and upon departure.

• OWNERS ITEMS

If you used the high chair,  pack n' play etc. Please ensure it is cleaned and placed back in the proper area. Please put the crib sheet by the washer.

• LINEN/TOWELS

Please take extra care not to use the white towels to remove makeup or sun tan oil. This damages and stains the towels. All towels and linen must be accounted for. No need to stripe beds or wash towels

• FURNITURE 

Please return all furniture to the original place.
