THE CONDO
We recently added this extravagant 1300 square foot condo located at The Regency resort with all the amenities. Each of the two bedrooms is very spacious and has a dedicated bathroom, giving everyone privacy. We fell in love with the spacious floor plan, hip interior and lush tropical surroundings and hope you will too!
Stay cool with air conditioning in both bedrooms (Please note AC is ONLY available in the bedrooms) or open up the lanai and enjoy a refreshing breeze throughout the condo. The condo’s location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy walk away. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!
With stylish upgrades and comfy vibes, this might just become your go-to vacation spot every time!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Primary bedroom has a king size bed. Primary bath has double sink and walk in shower
• 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom across the hallway features a shower-bathtub combo

TVs
We have smart TVs in the Living Room, the Primary bedroom and the 2nd bedroom. 3rd private bathroom has a walk in shower as well.
